What janitorial work covers
For an office or storefront, janitorial work is the regular routine: trash out, restrooms cleaned, desks wiped and floors vacuumed or mopped. We agree on the list and the schedule before the first visit, and the list is what we clean to.
Worn tile floors need stripping and waxing
Commercial vinyl tile carries a coat of finish that takes the wear so the tile does not. Once the walkways go dull and gray, mopping will not bring them back. The old finish has to be stripped off first. Then new coats of wax go down on the clean tile, and each one has to dry before anyone walks on it.
That work is wet and it needs the floor empty, so it gets done when your business is closed. Floor cleaning and waxing are both on our service list, for businesses and for homes with vinyl or tile.

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Sunday Closed. Outside those hours use the form and we answer the next working day.
We cover recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move in and move out, vacation rental cleaning, office cleaning and post construction cleaning. Every one of them has its own page with what is included.
We work in Shawnee, Tecumseh, Bethel Acres, Seminole, McLoud, Newalla and Harrah. If you are just outside that, call and ask, we will tell you straight.
